A RESOLUTION VALIDATING THE ORDINANCE NO. 1041-12 (AMENDED) OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF OZAMIZ, “AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE OMNIBUS TERM LOAN AGREEMENT AND OTHER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE OMNIBUS TERM LOAN FACILITY (OTLF) ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF OZAMIZ REPRESENTEED BY CITY MAYOR, HON. NOVA PRINCESS E. PAROJINOG-ECHAVEZ, AND THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES REPRESENTED BY ITS DIPOLOG LENDING CENTER HEAD – MADELINE V. MOPON, IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P135,000,000.00) WHICH SHALL BE UTILIZED TO FINANCE THE PROJECTS THAT ARE LISTED/INCLUDED IN THE LGU’S APPROVED STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN/ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN OF THE LGU SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES THAT WILL EITHER COMPLEMENT THE EXISTING AND NEW INFRASTRUCTURE OR SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROJECT; IMPROVEMENT/CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY LANDFILL/CELL SITE DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY AND DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN, AND TO SECURE THE SAME WITH DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF INTERNAL REVENUE ALLOTMENT, DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF THE LGU’S IRA RECEIVABLE FROM 2001 AND 2004 AS SUPPORTED BY NOTICE OF PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND 2-PARCELS OF CONTIGUOUS COMMERCIAL LAND SITUATED AT 50TH BARANGAY, OZAMIZ CITY, REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF OZAMIZ COVERING TAX DECLATION NOS. 05-44340 (LOT 9222-A, CSD-10-016662-D) WITH AN AREA OF 970 SQM. AND 04-42323 (LOT 5399) WITH AN AREA OF 14,554 SQM., INCLUDING ALL EXISTING AND FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS FOUND THEREON, SUBJECT TO ALL LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS

ORDINANCE NO. 1042-12 (AMENDED) OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF OZAMIZ, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PROPOSED BORROWING OF THE CITY OF OZAMIZ IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE MILLION PESOS (P135,000,000.00)
