To the Province of Misamis Occidental, words is not enough to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for all the support and blessings that I have received from our Almighty God. First, I thank all of you specially the 20-0, 18-0 team of the 2nd District, Misamis Occidental.

I can see optimism in our dreams and aspiration towards a more progressive, more peaceful, greener, drug-free and healthier Misamis Occidental, where hardworking, peace-loving, friendly, law-abiding, morally upright and God-fearing people resides under a development-oriented, benevolent and transparent leadership.

Hence, this mandate for the promotion of the common good is not the sole duty of a public servant. It is a shared responsibility every individual is entrusted with. It is our obligation; it is our oath; it is our shared mission.
